目前,很多廣電機(jī)房沒有使用機(jī)房專用空調(diào)(常被稱為精密空調(diào),恒溫恒濕機(jī)),而是廣泛應(yīng)用普通舒適性空調(diào)。與機(jī)房專用空調(diào)比較,舒適性空調(diào)問題如下:

- 舒適性空調(diào)風(fēng)量過小,不適合計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)備的高熱密度的發(fā)熱特點(diǎn),無法驅(qū)除機(jī)房的“熱島效應(yīng)”。
- 舒適性空調(diào)溫度調(diào)節(jié)精度過低,溫度調(diào)節(jié)精度為±3~5℃,溫度的波動(dòng)對設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行極其不利。
- 舒適性空調(diào)沒有濕度控制功能。舒適性空調(diào)無法進(jìn)行濕度控制。沒有加濕功能,只能進(jìn)行除濕,在冬季甚至過度除濕,濕度過低產(chǎn)生的靜電極易產(chǎn)生設(shè)備故障。
- 舒適性空調(diào)過濾能力無法達(dá)到機(jī)房標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。舒適性空調(diào)只具備簡單的過濾功能,其過濾器的過濾效果根本無法達(dá)到機(jī)房的要求。機(jī)房專用空調(diào)嚴(yán)格按照0.5 微米/升<18,000(B級)設(shè)計(jì),配合以每小時(shí)30次的風(fēng)量循環(huán),保障機(jī)房潔凈。
- 舒適性空調(diào)在北方地區(qū)無法實(shí)現(xiàn)低溫(室外)運(yùn)行。一般標(biāo)稱-5℃以下即無法制冷和加熱,而機(jī)房是發(fā)熱量很大的區(qū)域,即使在冬天也需要對設(shè)備進(jìn)行降溫。
- 舒適性空調(diào)維護(hù)量大,舒適性空調(diào)長期應(yīng)用在非設(shè)計(jì)工況下,故障率高,能效比不斷下降,越來越耗能。機(jī)房專用空調(diào)按照全年長期運(yùn)行設(shè)計(jì),維護(hù)量小。
- 舒適性空調(diào)在機(jī)房內(nèi)應(yīng)用,壽命短。在365天/24小時(shí)應(yīng)用的情況下其壽命一般不超過3年(機(jī)房專用空調(diào)的設(shè)計(jì)壽命一般為連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10年)。
- 舒適性空調(diào)耗電量大,機(jī)房專用空調(diào)選用的工業(yè)等級壓縮機(jī)能效比高達(dá)3.3。而舒適性空調(diào)目前業(yè)界選用的高等級壓縮機(jī)能效比約2.9,同時(shí)考慮到其他設(shè)計(jì)差異,如顯熱比指標(biāo),舒適性空調(diào)比同容量的機(jī)房專用空調(diào)多耗電20%-30%,不僅增加使用成本,也浪費(fèi)能源。
以上舒適性空調(diào)的問題,將影響機(jī)房設(shè)備的安全運(yùn)行,增加機(jī)房運(yùn)行成本,需要應(yīng)用機(jī)房專用空調(diào)予以解決。

某廣電IDC中心機(jī)房,建筑面積705.6平方米,層高 4.3米,按照功能的要求分為A區(qū)、B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū),第一消防分區(qū)為A區(qū),第二消防分區(qū)為B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)。如下圖:

考慮建筑熱負(fù)荷及設(shè)備(計(jì)算機(jī)等)熱負(fù)荷, A區(qū)所需冷量不小于210KW, B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)所需冷量不小于190KW。在這個(gè)方案中,如果考慮應(yīng)用舒適空調(diào),以5P為例,即使不考慮備份,也需要32套,應(yīng)用中無法達(dá)到IDC機(jī)房需要的溫濕度、潔凈度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同樣中央空調(diào)也無法實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)IDC機(jī)房的空氣調(diào)節(jié)要求。合理的機(jī)房專用空調(diào)應(yīng)用及設(shè)計(jì)方案,才能滿足機(jī)房環(huán)境建設(shè)的合理性、安全性、可擴(kuò)容性。此IDC機(jī)房空調(diào)方案分析如下:

- A區(qū)機(jī)房采用4 臺(tái)機(jī)房專用空調(diào)產(chǎn)品81UA(其中1臺(tái)備用),單臺(tái)機(jī)組可制冷量為.77.3KW,可提供總冷量為309.2KW ;B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)機(jī)房采用4 臺(tái)65UA機(jī)組(其中1臺(tái)備用),單臺(tái)機(jī)組可制冷量為66.6KW,可提供總冷量為266.4KW,以上推薦配置機(jī)組均能完全滿足機(jī)房冷負(fù)荷的要求,并均實(shí)現(xiàn)3+1備份,任意機(jī)組故障或維護(hù),其它機(jī)組正常工作,保障系統(tǒng)安全性。
