HIMOD系列旗艦型機(jī)組的設(shè)計(jì)
HIMOD系列旗艦型采用真正的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思路。HIMOD的基本模塊從20KW到40KW制冷量，分為五個(gè)型號(hào)有8種制冷系統(tǒng)。與其他廠家的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的不同點(diǎn)是，HIMOD系列產(chǎn)品可以根據(jù)用戶的需要將不同冷量的模塊組合成一個(gè)制冷系統(tǒng)，每個(gè)系統(tǒng)可容納的最多模塊數(shù)為16個(gè)。在一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的每個(gè)模塊中都有獨(dú)立的控制器MICROFACE。用戶可以在MICROFACE上設(shè)定每個(gè)模塊的工作參數(shù)。
Design of HIMOD flagship series
HIMOD flagship series is used the modular design. The cooling capacity for the basic module of HIMOD flagship series is from 20kW to 40KW. It divides into five models that have 8 kinds of refrigeration system. Different from other manufacturers, HIMOD series product can be combination of modules according to the needs of users of different cooling capacity. Each system can accommodate the most module number of 16. Each module of a system has its own MICROFACE controller. The user can set the parameters of each module through the MICROFACE.

1.先進(jìn)的微處理控制器：

1. Advanced micro processing controller:
The Micro processing controller of HIMOD flagship series is equipped with MICROFACELCD display with backlight under normal circumstances that can display the sequence number of moisture and humidity, the set point temperature and relative humidity, the working state display (refrigeration, heating, humidification, and dehumidification), fan status, and alarm. Hiromatic graphics controller displays the last 48 hours of temperature and relative humidity curve. The user-friendly menu allows the operator to easily query the state of the system. For example: high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, low humidity, air flow loss, replacing the filter, compressor high pressure alarm etc. Multilevel password protection function includes the set point changes, the alarm threshold settings, communication settings, and unit setting items. Built in power saving function is allowed automatic closing unit when the input power is reached the range of setting voltage. Backup battery installed in the control board recording the parameters of units prevents when the main power supply is failure. Each module of the modular HIMOD flagship series has internal controller independently, and according to the environmental conditions, each module is connected by the alternate component. When a module has alarm, the controller automatic starts standby module. The controller can also balance the cycle time of module. Hiromatic graphics controller can be connected with PC through the RS232 interface for monitoring all data sets. By using the PC on site and the modulator can realize the remote monitoring for the unit. 3. Air cooling system:

20. Green refrigerant:
